I was told by one of the project managers they werenÂ’t even sure they were going to fix it. This resulted in me emailing the president of the company having to threaten legal action. These project managers have so many houses theyÂ’re responsible for that they canÂ’t even keep organized. TheyÂ’ll schedule people coming out to your house without even telling you who is coming when and on what days. I had one project manager try to tell me he said I didnÂ’t care when these trades showed up to work as long as they were after a certain day and time.

Fischer homes has been the absolute worst nightmare when it comes to building. I went through the process with them a year and a half ago. Everything from sales, to building, to the project managers, and customer service has been horrible. I was lied to about multiple lots by sales and they were bought out from under me because of it. They also lie to everyone buying that the slides to the pool work. I even called out the sales lady on it and she was stunned and didnÂ’t know what to say.

At the closing walkthrough, I pointed out an issue I had with the driveway having dirt all over it. They told me that they would send someone by to pressure wash it off. They brought a concrete expert out who said that it needed to be replaced.

Then they fired that concrete company and brought in another concrete expert that said it either needed to be patched or replaced as the only two options. We specifically do not want to patch the driveway as it is a brand new house and driveway and that is not what we paid for. The issue comes from improper installation as confirmed by both concrete companies. Now I have another roof leak from the subpar materials and labor Fischer contracted out. If it was just my house with this issue, I wouldn't think too much about it but apparently most of my neighbors have also had roof leak issues.
